Pracovní náplň
- Understanding of processes, content, capabilities and technology
- Developing the standard service and cooperating with Product manager
- Analyzing and improving current ways of working
- Active in SCSI control points and Customer service implementation
- Defines the service acceptance criteria of new products
Co požadujeme?
- Experience in IT service
- Understanding of ITIL processes and roles
- Understanding financial impact of the services
- Good command of English
- knowledge of Microsoft Lync or Cisco is advantage
