Pracovní náplň

  • Act as Process Owner, develop, maintain and communicate Problem and Incident control process.
  • Ensure proper understanding and effective use of the processes cross all IT teams worldwide.
  • Review the efficiency and effectiveness of the Problem management activities.
  • Responsible for execution of the process ensuring interfaces, target settings and process audits.
  • Make recommendations for and manage improvements relating to Problem Management.
  • Produce management information and reports.
  • Develop and maintain supporting tools - problem and error control systems.
  • Promote root-cause analysis methods to determine and resolve the cause of incident and events.
  • Perform proactive activities to detect and prevent future problems / incidents.
  • Carry - out proactive activities to detect and prevent future problems/incidents.
  • Create trend analysis, analyze data and log files.
  • In problem prevention supply workarounds or avoidance instructions, raise RFC if necessary.

Co požadujeme?

  • Secondary or university education.
  • Experience of process management.
  • Good understanding of the ITIL disciplines.
  • Good knowledge of English.
  • Practical experience of continuous improvement methods and techniques.
  • Good understanding of statistical and analytical principles and processes.
  • Skills in influencing and negotiation methods and techniques.
  • Broad technical skills in all aspects of IT, able to engage in technical discussions with 1st through to 3rd line support staff.
  • Good understanding of available and emerging IT technologies.
  • Ability to understand how the IT technology supports the business.
