    Job description

    • To own the project and drive it through the completion of the product development, including the architecture of the appropriate application(s)
    • To accept full responsibility for delivering results as to the approved launch plans
    • To be responsible for setting-up and day-to-day operation of the allocated department

    Requirements

    • Proven experience with SW development (senior management position, multiple years) preferably in a service or banking industry
    • Business-oriented approach, understanding both business and technology parts of the job
    • Excellent communication skills in a multinational cross-teams working environment
    • Proactive approach to challenges
    • English both written and spoken (everyday use)
    • Experience in building and motivating teams
    • High leadership qualities
    • Outgoing personality
    • University education
