Summary of the Role:

1. Legal issues & environment to be properly reflected in the Group business and operation life / compliance:
 Transactions
 Corporate governance
2. New market developments – legal environment: business potential analysis, respective M&A transaction managements

Principle Job Responsibilities:

Transaction Legal Issues:

- Photovoltaic (power plants, products & services) Sales & Purchase transactions (incl. structuring, documentation, strategy & tactics, negotiation, etc.)
- Financial transactions / financing: structuring, documentation, negotiation, etc.

Corporate Legal Issues:

- Support to and provision of legal advice to corporate governance, business, finance, HR and other teams
- Management of external legal advisors (once needed): scope of work definition & selection of external legal advisors, relationship management, service delivery management
- Contract drafting / template preparations

Business development support (legal issues focused):

- Country business potential analysis, risk analysis, stake-holder relationship developments
- Reporting & proper data filing

Co požadujeme?

- Strong legal background with a focus on M&A, energy
- Experience in PV power plant sale & purchase transactions proving understanding to the business specifics
- Proof of relevant transaction completions
- Entrepreneurial approach: do the new business development as you do it for yourself (get ready for upside as well as take a risk of a downside)
- Business nature: you love business development – taking activity in developing new business ideas converting them into success stories
- Negotiation skills – assertiveness – focus (goal driven): boldness to push staying at the edge, convincingness based on the argumentation, push the issue until its closure
- Flexibility: comply with every-day changes
- Communication skills: accuracy in message formulations and ability to get a receipt of its proper understanding
- Team play: working together to achieve a joint goal
- Management skills: incentivize the people to deliver and control their loyalty
- University degree in law; experience with energy sector is a plus
- MS Office advanced user
- Excellent Czech and English
