Pracovní náplň

  • Coordinate team
  • Support for Team Leader
  • Process all incoming claims
  • Carry out administrative and transactional tasks
  • Ensure completeness and correctness of the claim data received from customers. Address client
  • Process issues and requests from customer

Co požadujeme?

  • Fluent French and very good knowledge of English
  • Relevant experience from customer service or logistic
  • Very good knowledge of MS Excel
  • Highly effective and efficient in data processing
  • Team management
  • Customer focus
  • Focus on details, priority setting, drive for results
