Pracovní náplň
- Coordinate team
- Support for Team Leader
- Process all incoming claims
- Carry out administrative and transactional tasks
- Ensure completeness and correctness of the claim data received from customers. Address client
- Process issues and requests from customer
Co požadujeme?
- Fluent French and very good knowledge of English
- Relevant experience from customer service or logistic
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel
- Highly effective and efficient in data processing
- Team management
- Customer focus
- Focus on details, priority setting, drive for results
