Do you speak fluent French and English? Do you have any experience as Credit controller in financial, account or customer service field? We are looking for a new colleague for the position CREDIT SPECIALIST with FRENCH!!
Pracovní náplň
- Communication in French and English with customers and business partners
- Address client issues/ requests promptly
- Carry out administrative and transactional tasks within the area of claim management
- Process all incoming claims on the Customer Query Management system
- Ensure completeness and correctness of the claim data
- Ensure all logged queries are resolved within timescales
- Produce regular and reports as required
Co požadujeme?
- Fluent French and very good knowledge of English
- Experience as a credit controller (financial, account or customer service field)
