Who we are?
Is it a career platform for IT specialists that enables them to find the best career „match“ with their future employer and schedule an interview directly with a hiring manager.
Our goal is to implement „no bullshit policy“ in job ads and publish standardized job ads with clear project description, information about technologies, salary range and team presentation. We want every IT specialist to have a good tool to explore his career opportunities and connect with relevant people from company immediately.
We believe that candidates should be treated like customers and we create a space for companies that share this value and want to build honest relationship with their candidates.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a marketing manager who will support our enthusiasm for the product, bring passion for our audience and creativity to challenge the traditional way of running job boards.
We are not looking for an employee but for a partner who will help us to bring our ideas into real life. A partner who will build our brand awareness and help us to reach our goal to be the first tool for IT specialists when they are looking for their next career move!
What will you do:
- Define marketing launch strategy and develop marketing plans, product positioning and messaging,
- Execute creative marketing campaigns and promotions with biggest focus on online and content marketing,
- Manage a process of creating all the product marketing content and materials for internal and external communication.
About you:
- are a proactive person who wants to get things done,
- have experience with marketing launch of a software product,
- have demonstrated history of executing marketing plans,
- speak and write English fluently and your Czech is perfect,
- are able to plan strategically and execute campaigns,
- have passion, enthusiasm and you can solve problems with creativity.
