Pracovní náplň

• Team leading and team management.
  
• Communication with vendors on regular basis.
  
• Active approach on meetings with management and external partners.
  
• Technical support on highest level (escalated tickets).
  
• Change implementation.
  
• Incident management.
  
• Troubleshooting.
  
• Participation on projects with architects.
  
• Monitoring of infrastructure.
  

Co požadujeme?

• Secondary or university degree in IT field is an advantage.
  
• Very good English skills.
  
• Knowledge of routing and switching (knowledge on CCNP level required).
  
• Experience with Team Leading.
  
• General knowledge of IT surrounding technologies.
  
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally.
  
• Ability to lead the meetings and discussions with management and technical teams.
  
• Ability to lead small projects or participate on big project.
  
• Experience with following is advantage:
  
• Management of DataCenter infrastructure – Cisco Nexus platform.
  
• Management of global WAN (knowledge of WAN vendor’s infrastructure, global routing).
  
• Management of LAN network infrastructure - Cisco Catalyst (knowledge of other platforms is advantage).
  
• Cisco based Wireless infrastructure.
  
• NetScaler applications (load balancing, reverse proxy).
  
• WAN optimization (Riverbed).
  
• Vendor Management.
