Pracovní náplň
- Wintel physical and virtualized environment administration.
- Citrix XenApp administration.
- AppSense administration.
- Health monitoring.
- Incident and request resolution.
- Event, change and capacity management.
- Global project participation.
- Development and improvement of the service.
Co požadujeme?
- Minimum secondary school degree. University degree is advantage.
- Very good English skills, written and spoken.
- Very good knowledge of Citrix XenApp in enterprise environment.
- General knowledge of IT HW and Microsoft products.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office 2010/2013 products.
- Very good experience with Microsoft Windows server 2003/2008/2012 products.
- Experience with last level IT support within mid or large enterprises for 3 years at least.
- Experience in implementing operational automation using scripts.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Good understanding of VMware virtualization is advantage.
