IT SERVICE DESK AGENT (40 - 50.000 CZK)
Pracovní náplň
- Internal support of IT users.
- Processing of IT requests through tickets, e-mails and phone calls in the ITSM tool.
- Separate resolution of our users' problems.
- Maintenance of operational databases and knowledge documentation.
- Support for the introduction of new IT technologies.
- Cooperation on global IT projects.
Co požadujeme?
- High school/university education.
- Good communication skills in the the German language.
- Intermediate knowledge of the English language.
- Previous experience in service desk or second level support.
- Good communication skills, customer approach, ability to work in a team.
- Experience in ITIL and project management.
- Analytical thinking ability and willingness to learn new things.
