Do you enjoy working with the end users? Do you have good German at a communication level or English? Are you interested in IT? I would like to introduce you to the position, which is for a company operating in Brno. IT SERVICE DESK AGENT (40 - 50.000 CZK)


Pracovní náplň

  • Internal support of IT users.
  • Processing of IT requests through tickets, e-mails and phone calls in the ITSM tool.
  • Separate resolution of our users' problems.
  • Maintenance of operational databases and knowledge documentation.
  • Support for the introduction of new IT technologies.
  • Cooperation on global IT projects.

Co požadujeme?

  • High school/university education.
  • Good communication skills in the the German language.
  • Intermediate knowledge of the English language.
  • Previous experience in service desk or second level support.
  • Good communication skills, customer approach, ability to work in a team.
  • Experience in ITIL and project management.
  • Analytical thinking ability and willingness to learn new things.
