International company is looking for a colleague:

INDIRECT PROCUREMENT MANAGER for EAST AREA (80-110.000 CZK)


Pracovní náplň

  • Develop and implement organizational procurement policies and processes to ensure a consistent and standardized approach and to drive improvements and efficiencies in procurement activities
  • Design and execute procurement strategy, supported by tactical and innovative procurement programs, to deliver enhanced benefits and value to the customer/end user and to support service delivery aims
  • Build market intelligence capabilities for analysis of market trends and best practices, to ensure sourcing and procurement strategies and approaches are on a leading edge level, possible risks identified, governance frameworks effective and insight is gained through the analysis of costs, benefits and general situation on the supply markets
  • Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders to provide strategic insights on business needs, resolve complex issues and deliver high performance cost, service and quality outcomes
  • Develop and implement service procurement strategies for assigned geography, including contribution to make vs. buy evaluations, sourcing process

Co požadujeme?

  • university degree
  • English and Russian language - ability to communicate in an international company
  • Experience and proven record in leading cost improvement programs in general- indirect and especially in service procurement
  • 4+ years of experience in Indirect Procurement: general/installation and repair service for industrial hardware solutions (banking and retail)
  • Experience in management of long-term vendor relationships including providing feedback on performance metrics and deliverables over time is required
  • Experience in competitive bidding processes including leading RFX processes end to end in highly organized, collaborative and successful fashion
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects/resources simultaneously
