Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business teams across various regions to define and refine IT project requirements
- Manage system enhancements, including design, testing, and change control processes
- Assist with Oracle EBS configuration and manufacturing data conversion for integration projects
- Design and execute test plans to ensure solutions meet business needs
- Develop training documentation and knowledge base articles
- Work closely with external software and service providers
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in IT Business Analysis or equivalent
- 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing Oracle EBS Manufacturing modules: MES, WIP, and Quality
- Familiarity with Oracle EBS Supply Chain modules, such as MSCA, Inventory, PIM, BOM, PO, Cost Management, ASCP, iSupplier, and iProcurement
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in project-driven environments
- Advanced English proficiency (written & spoken)
