We like to train our employees on our own. We have open vacancies for graduates and we want to give them the opportunity to apply their acquired knowledge and to put it in practice. But we do not know how and where it is best to address students and future graduates.

SWe cooperate with universities, primarily with faculties of technical focus such as IT, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering. We organize various workshops for students, where we present company offers to them. We offer students free job positions via established channels, whether via the school intranet or direct mail sent by the school. We are in close contact with students through social networks, but also personally, for example, for example, we organize various meetings for football or playing online games for IT nerds.

The students of last year often ask us which companies have a good name and how they stand in the field. We record their requirements and actively offer them suitable jobs.
You will get contacts to graduates that you can reach out through us in a targeted manner. Greater awareness of your brand, company, projects in the ranks of students. You will strengthen your trainee programs and talent management. You will receive the latest information from surveys, where we find for example: how do they choose the first employer, the expected benefits, the ideal wage, the willingness to commute.
Savings of cost of renting a stand, technical and personnel background at the fair - for 1 day at least 75,000 CZK. Choosing a bad candidate will also result in lost opportunity costs.
