Pracovní náplň
- Responding to customer inquiries in an engaged, professional and timely
manner in writing through various contact channels
- Resolving game, account and technical support-related issues, while
ensuring that the support experience is a positive one by showing
exceptional attention to detail
- Communicating with customers (game players) across the world
- Writing forum posts on behalf of the company
- Collecting feedback from game players
- Testing game titles
- Helping to improve our games and services by gathering information and
providing regular feedback to our development team about common issues
Co požadujeme?
- Good knowledge of English language (especially in its written form)
- Ability to communicate with people on a daily basis in a customer-facing
environment
- Experience with administrating social sites or forums is an advantage
- Passion for games
- Team-working skills are essential as the role will involve working in a small
high-energy team of artists, designers, programmers and executives
