Pracovní náplň
- Moderating and maintaining current and future forums and social media
presence for MADFINGER Games, a.s
- Actively communicating with the player base through forum posts, social
media and other appropriate channels as required
- Seeking and maintaining contact with established community influencers to
keep them informed and active
- Gathering direct player feedback and present it to the team of game
developers, and to relevant individuals
- Working alongside the Customer Support Department to give our players the
best experience possible
- Engaging in open sharing of best practices and peer coaching to ensure
constant improvement of the service provided to our players
- Planning, organizing and executing social media strategy, events and
contests for our players
Co požadujeme?
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to clearly express complex subjects in a simplified way when
appropriate
- Passion for mobile games, and the ability to understand and empathize with
the unique needs of our player community
- Be positive and always demonstrate a professional attitude
- High levels of self-organization and collaborative ability
- Very good knowledge of MS Office/Libre Office
- Team-working skills are essential as the role will involve working in a small
high-energy team of artists, designers, programmers and executives
