Pracovní náplň

  • coordination and leading of technical support
  • responsibility for timely solving of technical incidents
  • care about SLA
  • responsibility for ticket resolution and problem management
  • satisfaction survey of customers
  • occasional business trips

Co požadujeme?

  • high school/ university degree focused on IT
  • experience with technical support at least 4 years
  • good knowledge of Microsoft´s products
  • advanced communicative level of English
  • good organizational, analytic and communicative skills
