You will be focused primarily on networks meaning CISCO routers, switches, access points, ASA firewalls, Websense and specifically for the following activities: IT SUPPORT ENGINEER NETWORK

Pracovní náplň

Deployment and configuration.
Change implementation.
Incident management.
Troubleshooting.
Ticket queue management.
Monitoring of infrastructure.
Processing general requests from internal customers.

Co požadujeme?

Knowledge of networks - CCNA level is advantage. In our responsibility are more than 2500 WAN circuits, 500 Access points, 400 firewalls.
General knowledge of IT surrounding technologies (e.g. Microsoft server OS) - It helps in understanding of the overall infrastructure services and dependencies. In our responsibility are more than 5000 servers in an internal 6 Datacenters (Europe, North America, Asia).
Very good English skills - Communication on daily basis with other IT teams.
University degree in IT field is an advantage - University degree is not necessary if you have strong subject orientation with fast learning skills.
Willingness and ability to travel internationally.
