Pracovní náplň
- Exchange 2007/2013 environment administration.
- Blackberry environment administration.
- OCS/Lync environment administration.
- Event, change and capacity management.
- Health monitoring.
- Incident and request resolution.
- Global project participation.
- Development and improvement of the service.
Co požadujeme?
- Minimum secondary/University degree in IT area.
- Very good knowledge in email technologies.
- Very good IT infrastructure awareness and understanding.
- Very good Microsoft server products skills.
- Very good English skills, written and spoken.
- Very good communication skills. Able to lead and coordinate meetings or crisis calls.
- Good understanding of ITIL processes is advantage.
- Flexible and proactive approach.
- PowerShell scripting is advantage.
- Experience with working in global company is advantage.
- Experience with IT infra projects is advantage.
