- Providing IT support for internal users
- Analyzing and solving issues
- Errors identification and specification
- Creating and escalating tickets
- Daily communication in German language
Co požadujeme?
- Secondary degree in IT fields
- German language at advanced level
- Advanced knowledge of OS Win7, MS Office
- Knowledge of SAP and Lotus Notes is advantage
- Experience as IT help is a big advantage
- English language is advantage
