- Manage a team of Personnel Administration
- Set up department strategy, targets and HR processes
- Coach team members and develop individuals
- Set up HR KPI (monitoring a evaluation)
- Responsibility for department budget
Co požadujeme?
- University degree
- Multi-year experience in HR in international company
- Good orientation in Labour Code
- Knowledge of SAP - HR module
- Intermediate English (min. B2)
- Leadership skills
- Strategic, results and processes orientation
- Proactive approach, stress resistance
