Pracovní náplň

• The identification, creation, maintenance, and development of GI core processes.
  
• Ensuring that such processes are fit for purpose and effectively reviewed and updated.
  
• Ensure an effective approval processes exists and is operated effectively.
  
• Monitor enforcement/compliance of such processes.
  
• Perform the appropriate GI audits and report compliance failures.
  
• Promote and market the benefits of GI processes and compliance with such processes.
  
• Establishing an effective working relationship with other department.
  
• Effective and efficient management of the department and staff.

Co požadujeme?

• Minimum of 5 years overall IT experience in the appropriate areas.
  
• Communicative level of English.
  
• Ideally from an Audit or IT Compliance background.
  
• Experience of IT processes and Service delivery.
  
• Successfully implemented policies/processes in a previous role.
  
• Strong analytical skills.
  
• Ability to differentiate a process failure from other factors, such as inadequate training.
  
• Willingness and ability to travel nationally and internationally.
  
• Ability to influence staff outside of direct responsibility to follow process.
  
• ITIL or ISO accreditation.
