Pracovní náplň
- global support for HR systems administrators
- dealing with advanced issues escalated from 1st level
- maintenance of internal documentation and knowledge base
- training of users
- taking part in global projects
Co požadujeme?
- secondary/university degree
- English at advanced level
- experience with customer service or helpdesk – at least for 3 years
- result and customer oriented approach
- advanced knowledge of MS Office (pivot tables in Excel, …)
- experience with HR systems is advantage
