SOLEK HOLDING: For our MW SICAV Investment fund, which is a fund of qualified investors focusing on investments into projects connected to the development, construction & maintenance of Solar Powerplants we are looking for and Asset Manager with O&M Management epxerience. Do you have an experience with O&M Management? Do you like to work in a dynamic international environment? Do you like new challenges? Join our international team at the position ASSET MANAGER!

Pracovní náplň

Develop policies, processes, and procedures to ensure relevant procedural/legislative/contract requirements
Managing operations of the Asset Management/ O&M organization
Negotiate O&M contracts from selected contractors, monitoring and influencing all maintenance and operations
Maximizing total return for each asset through analysis
Identifying opportunities for further improvement

Co požadujeme?

Experience in Energy/Renewable Energy industry
Ability to create and maintaining good relationships with all stakeholders
Sound data management skills, ability to analyse SCADA data
Strong verbal and written communication skills and leadership skills
Previous experience in O&M Management
