Pracovní náplň

  • analysis of users queries
  • administration of users and creating new accounts
  • administration of Windows environment
  • dealing with HW problems
  • support of whole IT department

Co požadujeme?

  • secondary or university degree in IT
  • communicative English
  • experience as IT support is advantage
  • very strong background in HW field
  • administrative knowledge of MS Windows
