SOLEK is a prominent company in the energetical industry focusing on projects, construction and maintenance of solar power plants in Europe and Latin America. Using renewable resources, we approach our future ecologically and responsibly. That is why we build and operate solar power plants. Our power plants have been operating in Czechia, Slovakia, Romania and Chile. We are based in Prague and Santiago. Recently we established companies in Cyprus, Colombia and Peru’. We are on the way to pick up the opportunities in other interesting places that fit to the solar energy business. Other countries have been analysed. We have already approached Hungary, Romania, Greece and considering not only of Europe like France, Ireland, UK, Israel and Vietnam as additional stars in the photovoltaic energy world. Therefore, we would like to evaluate their potentials in detail and to start our developments there. Our ambition is to develop a pipeline of greenfield projects of over 1 GWp. Pracovní náplň

    - Business development / account & relationship management
    - Local market intelligence, incl. market studies and support in business planning, renewable/energy legislation, risk assessment, market profitability evaluation
    - Networking - stakeholder relationship management (incl. regulators, landlords, off-takers, etc)
    - Acquisition of new business opportunities & feasibility evaluations
    - Regional development coordination
    - Project development – acquisition of the land (land lease contracts, DD, etc.) and Grid connection security
    - Feasibility evaluation: technical, legal and financial evaluation of each opportunity / project characteristics
    - Market opportunities identification and evaluation
    - Development
    - Permitting (environment, construction, connectivity, …)
    - External service provisioning (topography, design, permits, lawyer, ground studies) and coordination
    - Basic design and business model understanding
    - Networking with local authorities and the project stakeholders
    - Project controlling
    - Project sale option considerations (RTB level, turnkey, etc)
    - Investigating potential local fund opportunities and financing resources
    - Marketing
    - Energy contract origination (PPA, Auctions)
    - Reporting & proper data filing
    - Support to the team, cooperation & work coordination with other departments in the company

Co požadujeme?

    - Experience in the energy sector
    - Business development experience (incl. M&A transaction execution)
    - Professional communication in English
    - Goal drive (agility) – focus: if you are fired through the door, get in there through the window / creativity to search efficient solution
    - Relationship management/big picture & common sense: to stay on the ground to match “what must be achieved” with “how to do it” to get to the goal in an efficient manner
    - Negotiation & communication skills: always to stay in touch with all the stakeholders (clients, colleagues, authorities, state bodies, suppliers etc.) and convince them about our projects
    - Flexibility: you should comply with every-day changes
    - Availability to travel abroad
    - Ambition and energy to successfully close the development of projects!
