SOLEK GROUP Using renewable resources we approach our future ecologically and responsibly. This is why we build and operate solar power plants. Our power plants have been operating in Czechia, Slovakia, Romania and Chile. We are based in Prague and Santiago. Recently we established companies in Cyprus, Colombia and Peru’. We are on the way to pick up the opportunities in other interesting places that fit to the solar energy business. Other countries have been analyzed. We consider Hungary, South of Europe (Greece, Portugal) and Vientam as additional stars in the photovoltaic energy world. Therefore, we would like to evaluate their potentials in detail and to start our developments there. Our ambition is to develop a pipeline of greenfield projects of over 1 GWp. Pracovní náplň

definition of the optimal tax model within the Solek group, including the link to the organizational structure (entities) of the group
dealing with complex tax issues across the group (inside and outside of the Czech Republic)
proposing optimal solutions for individual CAPEX's and OPEX's in the field of taxes within the group
provisioning of professional (tax matters) support to other key teams in the group (legal department, operation)
creating the transfer pricing model within the group
coordination of external partners / advisors in solving tax issues
communication across the group companies in order to put the tax model into operation correctly
reporting & data filing

Co požadujeme?

We expect you to demonstrate your at least 5 year experience in tax accounting / tax advisory
University degree / finance or taxes
Communication skills (focus & diplomacy) as you will have to explain & convince all the stakeholders about your proposals. And consequently you shall get a support of your colleagues to adopt these proposals and make the proposals go life!
Responsibility for your work quality as you shall be the one to front the tax issues for the Group
Organizational skills as you have to plan and execute all the issues - you have to influence things to happen!
