SOLEK GROUP Using renewable resources we approach our future ecologically and responsibly. This is why we build and operate solar power plants. Our power plants have been operating in Czechia, Slovakia, Romania and Chile. We are based in Prague and Santiago. Recently we established companies in Cyprus, Colombia and Peru’. We are on the way to pick up the opportunities in other interesting places that fit to the solar energy business. Other countries have been analyzed. We consider Hungary, South of Europe (Greece, Portugal) and Vientam as additional stars in the photovoltaic energy world. Therefore, we would like to evaluate their potentials in detail and to start our developments there. Our ambition is to develop a pipeline of greenfield projects of over 1 GWp. Pracovní náplň

    To develop and maintain our company's system, incl. its documentation, in compliance with all concerned regulations as well as to make sure that our activities comply with the system, we search for a new colleague to assume key responsibilities:

  • Establish, manage and maintain compliance system, incl. its documentation and SW support (incl. regular updates)
  • Design & implement related company's rules
  • Set and maintain metrics and collect data to analyze processes performance efficiency
  • Analyze deviations and propose improvements / implement the approved scenario
  • Cooperate with the key stakeholders to ensure clarity & simplicity of the compliance system
  • Provide support and training to colleagues to adhere to the compliance rules
  • Manage our company's quality & risk agenda

Co požadujeme?

  • Deep knowledge & experience of compliance agenda as you shall be our guru in this area
  • Knowledge of the legal order of the Czech Republic
  • Excellent interpersonal skills as you shall persuade your stakeholders to adopt improvement ideas as well as to implement them
  • Analytical skills as you shall understand what is behind any deviation and develop fixing options as well as to implement the selected scenario to fix the problem
  • Ability to work independently as you will be the key person to come up with the fixing scenarios and to implement the adopted measures
  • Hands on approach as there is no one to delegate your work on
  • Common sense to simplify the issues and focus on fixing
  • Professional communication in English and Czech language, Spanish welcome
  • Process Management SW / MS Office (word, excel) advanced user

  • Education: Law degree
