Do you have at least 1-2 years of experience with data flows in large, complex companies? Do you have knowledge of Agile Scrum Methodology and basic understanding of requirements and challenges of HR reporting and analytics? You might be the right person we are looking for! A global company focusing on the areas of digitalization, electrification and automation based in Prague is hiring a new member who will be supporting the process owner as well as being responsible for the development team. Pracovní náplň

Support the process owner in monitoring service operations
Collaboration with the process owner and consulting of the functional requirements
Define demands and requirements of IT systems
Act as a contact person for the development team
Set up all mandatory documentation
Knowledge of the legal requirements of HR data and updates of all regulatory requirements
Reporting

Co požadujeme?

Knowledge of Agile Scrum Methodology
1-2 years of experience and good understanding of data flows in large companies
Understanding of the requirements and challenges within global HR reporting and analytics
Fluent English language skills, German would be an asset
Analytical and good communication skills
Ability to adapt to frequent changes and to work in fast-paced environment
