Pracovní náplň
- Monitoring IT infrastructure
- Providing technical support at 2nd level
- Solving problems and Requests independently
- Communication with external vendors and foreign users
- Dealing with different problems from area of networks, servers, security, etc.
- Working in shifts
Co požadujeme?
- High school / University degree in IT
- General knowledge of IT infrastructure
- Communicative knowledge of English
- Knowledge of Windows servers and networks
- Teamplayer, good communication, accuracy
