Pracovní náplň

  • Coordinate the tickets within the team.
  • Monitor and manage performance and participate projects.
  • The first point of escalation for the team.
  • Manage the workload for the team.
  • Ensure that the service is covered.
  • Communication through phone and email.

Co požadujeme?

  • Very good language skills (French C1, English B2).
  • People management experience.
  • Customer focused and service oriented.
  • Constant customer communication is part of the daily tasks.
  • General knowledge of IT surrounding technologies.
  • Good knowledge of Windows 7, Microsoft applications.
  • Desktop and laptop hardware, software deployment technologies.
  • Communication on daily basis with the users and other IT Teams.
