The Solution expert is responsible for creation and improvement of system solutions supporting business processes. Partnering with process experts/key users yields solution requirements, translates them into functional and non-functional requirements. With software developers develops logical technical processes and manages the development of system solutions.

    Technical Skills – must have
  • Demonstrated experience writing software requirement specifications and test specifications
  • Demonstrated knowledge in ERP-related functional modules (IFS, SAP, Fourth Shift etc...)
  • Demonstrated domain knowledge of enterprise-wide ERP-related business and technical processes in Finance, HR
  • Demonstrated proficiency in configuration and functional set ups for ERP systems
  • Data Analysis (SQL Queries)
  • PL/SQL code understanding
  • Good English both written and spoken
  • Office tools

    Technical Skills – desirable
  • Integration Architecture
  • Modeling Techniques: Object Orientation analysis, UML (e.g. Use Cases, Activity Diagrams), BPMN
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle Agile methodologies

    Qualifications and experience
  • Previous experience as IT/Business analyst
  • Degree in Computer Science, Economy, Logistics or similar
  • Min 3 Years relevant experience
