Pracovní náplň
- Daily communication with employees mostly via phone and mail
- Providing internal IT support
- Tracking and solving requests in a ticketing system
- You will work in a smaller team of 10 to 18 people
- 9 hours shifts, 5 days a week
Co požadujeme?
- Fluency in English and Danish is essential
- Be communicative and customer oriented
- Willingness to support and have problem solving skills
- It is an advantage if you have previous experience in customer service
- Basic IT knowledge would be a plus
