Pracovní náplň
- Working at 2nd level of IT support team
- Administration (configuration, building and troubleshooting) of MS Windows servers
- Virtualization in VMware
- Communication with others IT departments and with internal customers mainly in English
- Processing internal customers requirements and change implementation
- Monitoring of infrastructure and Incident management
Co požadujeme?
- Knowledge of MS Windows servers (MCSA level is advantage)
- Very good English communication skills
- General knowledge of IT technologies (VMware, Citrix, Backup systems)
- Willingness to travel abroad
- Capacity to solve problems independently, assertiveness
