PROCESS SPECIALIST

Pracovní náplň

• Act as Process Subject Matter Expert, help to develop, maintain and communicate processes in your responsibility.
  
• Ensure proper understanding and effective use of the processes cross all IT teams worldwide.
  
• Document the processes, review them regularly and update when necessary.
  
• Educate users in IT departments around the globe and prepare education materials, incl. SOPs (Working instructions) and video trainings.
  
• Review the efficiency and effectiveness of the process related activities and run corrective actions.
  
• Cooperate with team maintaining supporting tools – ticketing tool, CMDB, etc. Provide requirements or process and help to implement its key aspects into tools.
  
• Collect feedback from users and make sure processes are understandable
  
• Create trend analysis, analyze data and interpret results on regular basis
  
• Responsible for execution of the process ensuring interfaces, target settings and process audits.
  

Co požadujeme?

• Secondary or university education.
  
• Experience with process management.
  
• Good understanding of the ITIL disciplines.
  
• Good knowledge of English.
  
• Practical experience of continuous improvement methods and techniques.
  
• Good understanding of statistical and analytical principles and processes.
  
• Skills in influencing and negotiation methods and techniques.
  
• Broad technical skills in all aspects of IT, able to engage in technical discussions with 1st through to 3rd line support staff.
  
• Ability to understand how the IT technology supports the business.
