Do you have at least basic user PC knowledge and you want to start your career in IT? Are you fluent in Norwegian and want to speak it on daily basis? We’re currently looking for IT service desk specialist for expanding internal data centre in Prague.
Pracovní náplň
- Daily communication with employees mostly via phone and mail
- Providing internal IT support
- Tracking and solving requests in a ticketing system
- You will work in smaller team of 10 to 18 people
- 9 hours shifts between 7 am to 9 pm Monday-Friday
Co požadujeme?
- Fluency in English and Norwegian is essential
- Be communicative and customer oriented
- Willingness to support and have problem solving skills
- It is an advantage if you have previous experience in customer service
- Basic IT knowledge would be a plus
