Pracovní náplň
- Managing the development of crucial software systems
- Make sure high quality standards and processes are implemented
- Leadership and motivation of teams of architects and developers
- Cooperation with QA and Product Management team
- Build an experienced engineering team, recruit new members
Co požadujeme?
- Experience with leadership of team
- Experience with development in C# or Java
- Great ability to communicate and organize
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Communicative level of English language
- Experience with project management is an advantage
