Pracovní náplň
- Processing of customers and colleague requirements.
- Finding a cause of the issue and recording in our intern system.
- Farther processing of requests.
- Monitoring of infrastructure.
- Securing connection and configuration of LAN device.
- Administration of user accounts and accesses.
- Monitoring of issue solving and monitoring of whole IT infrastructure.
Co požadujeme?
- Advance knowledge of OS Windows, Microsoft Office.
- Advance knowledge of hardware systems.
- Ability to communicate in English.
- Communicativeness, helpfulness and ability to obtain information.
- Proactive approach and strong interest in IT and hardware.
- Ability and willingness to learn new things.
- Time flexibility is advantage.
