We have a vacancy in 2nd level support team. You will be focused primarily on support MS Windows Servers, VMware virtualization, Citrix Desktop/Application, Backup systems. Pracovní náplň

Deployment and configuration of new servers (physical and virtual machines).
Change implementation.
Incident management.
Troubleshooting.
Ticket queue management.
Monitoring of infrastructure.
Processing general requests from internal customers.
Ensure appropriate staffing on the shift in order to provide an effective customer care.
Coordinate, prioritize work related tasks within the team to meet customer satisfaction.
Ensure the shift is handed over in professional way defined in related document.

Co požadujeme?

Knowledge of Windows Servers - MCSA level is advantage.
General knowledge of IT surrounding technologies.
Very good English skills - communication on daily basis with other IT teams.
University degree in IT field is an advantage - is not necessary if you have strong subject orientation with fast learning skills.
Willingness and ability to travel internationally.
