- Deployment and configuration
- Change implementation
- Incident management
- Troubleshooting
- Ticket queue management
- Monitoring of infrastructure
- Processing general requests from internal customers
Co požadujeme?
- Knowledge of networks - CCNA level is advantage.
- General knowledge of IT surrounding technologies (e.g. Microsoft server OS).
- University degree in IT field is an advantage not necessary.
- Able to communicate in English with team members on daily basis.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally.
