Pracovní náplň
- daily contact with foreign customer for distribution topics
- taking care of their needs and requirements
- administrating every aspect of the customer account (issue credit/ debit notes)
- administrating client files
- processing customer complaints
- checking sales invoices
- working with our distribution and operation place directly
Co požadujeme?
- high school
- English on the advanced level and Czech on the intermediate level
- MS Office especially MS Excel on the advanced level
- experience within a distribution or manufacturing environment
- beneficial is experience within back office or customer services
