Pracovní náplň

  • daily contact with foreign customer for distribution topics
  • taking care of their needs and requirements
  • administrating every aspect of the customer account (issue credit/ debit notes)
  • administrating client files
  • processing customer complaints
  • checking sales invoices
  • working with our distribution and operation place directly

Co požadujeme?

  • high school
  • English on the advanced level and Czech on the intermediate level
  • MS Office especially MS Excel on the advanced level
  • experience within a distribution or manufacturing environment
  • beneficial is experience within back office or customer services
