Pracovní náplň
- Providing technical support to foreign clients
- Monitoring and improving existing processes
- Processing of service documentation and its updating
- Training of client service technicians
- Supervision of machine installation
Co požadujeme?
- Secondary school/Univerzity degree technical or electrical education
- Communicative level of English
- Customer service experience
- Excellent analytical, communication and organizational skills
