Pracovní náplň

  • Designing, implementing and improving a set of defined, managed and finally optimized processes.
  • The reduction of the long-term costs of the IT service provision.
  • The assurance and increase of quality of the work results and processes within the IT Organization.
  • Meeting the current and future needs of the Business and its Customers.
  • Establishment and provision of methods and tools for IT Process Management.
  • Definition of overall methods, standards and guidelines.
  • Preparation and further development of the IT process model and map.
  • Maintenance and further development of IT processes.
  • Documentation of the IT processes.
  • Preparation of process communication and process trainings; establishment of an effective education
  • system.
  • Deduction of process ratios (KPIs & KGIs) and establishment of the IT ScoreCard.
  • Support IT Management in implementation of the processes in their departments.
  • Analysis of processes (per process step and also holistically).
  • Work on process harmonization across all IT departments, both, Group and local.
  • Regular execution of process reviews and development of optimization and improvement proposals.

Co požadujeme?

  • Secondary or University education in the fields of computer science, engineering.
  • Working experience of minimum 5 years in the information technology (IT) sector.
  • Very good English language skills, German and/or French language skills are an advantage.
  • Experience in design, implementation and optimization of processes.
  • Experience in Business Process Modelling (BPMN) and process monitoring.
  • Experience in establishing KPI reporting & ScoreCards.
  • Familiar with CMMI-SVC concepts (Capability Maturity Model Integration for Services).
  • ITIL Service Manager (v2) or ITIL Expert (v3) certification.
  • Practical knowledge in IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL.
  • PRINCE2 foundation is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills (to all levels from blue collar worker to CEO).
