BI TEAM LEADER

Our motto: Work hard but smart! We are looking for a team leader who will be responsible for the 2nd level BI Operations and Support team. The team will be build together with you with 3 additional members, who will be under your direct supervision. You will be the first point of escalation for the team and have to manage the workload – also between shifts.
Pracovní náplň
- Monitor and correct regular data uploads; set-up and further develop implemented ETL processes.
- System monitoring, performance tuning & housekeeping of corporate BI system SAP BW/BO.
- 2nd level support for incident and service handling plus proactive support for internal BI end users.
- Transfer new BW reporting applications from project to operation.
- Implementation of changes based on customer requirements.
Co požadujeme?
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a team leader in a similar position for SAP BW 7.x, SAP BO XI 3.1/4.0, SAP Portal Application Support – SAP Basis knowhow would be a plus.
- Expert knowledge in modeling of ETL processes, process chain setup & monitoring of data uploads – experience in Redwood Cronacle Scheduling solution highly preferred to introduce the tool.
- Fluent in English.
- Expert knowledge in using SAP BW Frontend Tools like Business Objects (BO Analysis, Web Intelligence, Dashboard, Crystal Reports), BEx Query Designer & Analyzer, SAP Design Studio.
- Experience in performance tuning and regular housekeeping tasks.
- Knowledge of the SAP ERP Modules FI/CO, MM, PP, PM or SD.
- Awareness of the importance of SLA’s and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).
- Experience and sound knowledge of ITIL processes.
- Strong leadership and intercultural competence, high sense of responsibility and reliability.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills – also for shifts.
- Time flexibility and stress resistance.
