Pracovní náplň
- Delivering customer services for German speaking customers
- Answering product and service questions via phone
- Providing accurate, valid and complete information by using an internal information system
- Keeping records of customer interactions and actions taken
- Maintaining a professional telephone manner and providing the best service to the customers
Co požadujeme?
- Excellent knowledge of German
- Good knowledge of English
- High school degree
- Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
