Our motto: Work hard but smart! We have a vacancy in 3rd level support team. You will be focused primarily on UNIFY VoIP, CISCO VoIP an Video and specifically for the following activities:

Pracovní náplň

Unify VoIP – OpenScape Vocie, OpenScape Contact Center.
Cisco VoIP – Unified Communication manger, Unified Contact Center Express.
Cisco Video Collaboration – VCS, Expressway, MCU, Conductor.
Event, change and capacity management.
Health monitoring.
Incident and request resolution.
Global project participation.
Development and improvement of the service.

Co požadujeme?

Minimum secondary/University degree in IT area.
Very good English skills, written and spoken.
Very good knowledge in VoIP (Unify, Cisco).
Knowledge in Cisco Collaboration (Video Telepresence) is advantage.
Very good IT infrastructure awareness and understanding.
Very good communication skills. Able to lead and coordinate meetings or crisis calls.
Good understanding of ITIL processes is advantage.
Flexible and proactive approach.
PowerShell scripting is advantage.
Experience with working in global company is advantage.
Experience with IT infra projects is advantage.
