- Functional and non-functional solution requirements specifications
- Support system solutions development and implementation of CRM application
- Cooperation with SW devel;opers, 3rd party vendors and key users
- Define and optimize solution operational model
- Design of data and information sources and their governance
Co požadujeme?
- Data analysis and SQL queries experience
- Experienced in CRM system analysis
- Praxis in writing software requirement specifications
- Activity or entity-relationship diagrams creation
- Communicative level of English language
