Pracovní náplň
- Coordinate the tickets within the team.
- Monitor and manage performance and participate projects.
- The first point of escalation for the team.
- Manage the workload for the team.
- Ensure that the service is covered.
- Communication through phone and email.
Co požadujeme?
- Very good language skills (French C1, English B2).
- People management experience.
- Customer focused and service oriented.
- Constant customer communication is part of the daily tasks.
- General knowledge of IT surrounding technologies.
- Good knowledge of Windows 7, Microsoft applications.
- Desktop and laptop hardware, software deployment technologies.
- Communication on daily basis with the users and other IT Teams.
