This position is suitable for any IT enthusiast with experience from supporting in-house developed, Cloud-based applications or Vendor supplied.
Pracovní náplň
- Maintenance of Windows OS (distributing apps, planning updates)
- Administration of Office 365
- Migration of users from our clients to our environment
- Daily support of Active Directory, Voice and Video, SCCM based on ITIL processes
- Comunication with internal team on task transitions
- You will ensuring smooth operation of users.
Co požadujeme?
- You should have at least 1 year of experience in IT within client services
- Good skills and understanding of Windows OS 7/10
- General knowledge of Citrix and Networking
- You should be able to speak fluent English (B2)
- University degree or experience in working directly with vendors for 3rd party applications is beneficial.
