We are looking for a new colleague to join our global IT team in Brno. Do you want to be a part of one of the world’s largest company? Are you interested in IT technologies? We also welcome university students or absolvents with some relevant experience.
Pracovní náplň
- Managing the Service Desk.
- You will have to minimize the impact of IT incidents by resolving first time where possible.
- Maintaining a high level of customer awareness and focus. Constant customer communication is part of the daily tasks.
- You will be communicating with other Service Desk team members and IT teams.
- Escalating incidents and requests to the Service Desk Team Leader or Manager when required.
Co požadujeme?
- Customer focused and service oriented
- General knowledge of IT surrounding technologies (a good knowledge of Windows 10, Citrix technologies, Active Directory, Microsoft applications etc.)
- You can speak very good English (C1). It’s because you will be solving IT problems with users and your colleagues from another countries. We will also appreciate if you know another language (German, Italian, Dutch, French).
- Aware of the importance of SLA’s and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
- ITIL support and delivery processes are an advantage.
