Responsibilities:

Support and Consultancy of B2B & ECM portals
1st level support of portals incidents via ticketing system
Communication with business users & managers of all over the Europe
Keeping business users informed about incidents progress & changes
Being aware of customers & IT market needs

Requirements:

Experience in supporting B2B applications
Strong communication & problem-solving skills
Advanced level of English speaking and writing
A good overview of IT & business processes
ITIL certificate/ERP support experience is an advantage
